Terms of Service

Welcome to Jolly Web - a part of SF Company ("Company," "we," "our," "us"). These Terms govern your use of our website and any products or services we offer, including but not limited to subscriptions, digital downloads, or access to third-party platforms (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Subscription and Payment
  1. The Service is available as a yearly subscription for €98 (excluding applicable taxes).
  2. Payments are automatically processed at the beginning of each subscription period.
  3. If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service until payment is successfully processed.
  4. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time before renewal through your account settings.
  5. No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period, except as outlined in our Refund Policy.
2. Use of Service
  1. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the provided materials, including the PDF guide and Brizy Cloud license.
  2. Brizy Cloud Rules Apply: By using the Service, you agree to comply with Brizy Cloud’s Terms and Conditions, available at https://www.brizy.io/terms-and-conditions
  3. You do not own the Brizy Cloud license. It is granted as part of your subscription and may be revoked if:
  4. You violate these Terms or Brizy Cloud’s policies.
  5. Your subscription is canceled or not renewed.
  6. You may not resell, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or share access to the Service.
3. Affiliate Program
  1. Affiliates can earn commissions based on successful referrals.
  2. Specific details on commission percentages, payout terms, and eligibility requirements are outlined separately.
  3. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the affiliate program at any time.
4. Termination
  1. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms.
  2. Upon termination, all access to subscription materials will be revoked, and you will not be entitled to a refund.
  3. Users may also terminate their accounts at any time by following the account cancellation process.

Account Cancellation Process

You may cancel your subscription at any time by following these steps:

  1. Go to https://gumroad.com/login and log in using the email address associated with your purchase.
  2. After logging in, click on your profile icon (top-right) and select “Library” from the dropdown menu.
  3. Find your active subscription and click on it to view subscription details.
  4. Select “Cancel Subscription” and confirm the cancellation when prompted.


Important Notes:

  • Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to the Service until that date.
  • You will receive an email confirmation from Gumroad confirming your cancellation.
  • If you are unable to access your account or need assistance, you may email us at info@jolly-web.com with the subject line “Subscription Cancellation Request.”
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Gumroad login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately at info@jolly-web.com. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use unless due to our negligence.
5. Limitation of Liability
  1. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  2. We disclaim all liability for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:
  3. Use or inability to use the Service.
  4. Unauthorized access or use of our servers.
  5. Errors, interruptions, or security breaches beyond our control.
  6. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the Service in the past twelve (12) months.
6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be exclusively resolved in Dutch courts.

7. Service Availability and Modifications
  1. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
  2. Brizy Cloud Availability: We do not control Brizy Cloud’s platform, and any downtime, changes, or disruptions to their service are beyond our responsibility.
  3. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes affecting their service.
8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in providing the Service due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  1. Natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, floods, pandemics).
  2. Cyberattacks, security breaches, or internet disruptions.
  3. Government actions, strikes, or legal restrictions affecting our ability to operate.
9. Dispute Resolution
  1. Informal Resolution: Before initiating legal action, you agree to contact us first and attempt to resolve the issue informally.
  2. Governing Law Remains Dutch Law.
10. Discontinuation of Service

We reserve the right to discontinue the Service at any time, including in the event that the business is closed or operations are permanently ceased.

In the event of discontinuation:

  1. We will do our best to provide at least 30 days' advance notice to all active subscribers via the email address associated with their account.
  2. During the notice period, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current subscription term or until the final date of operation, whichever comes first.
  3. If the Service is discontinued before the end of your current billing cycle, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your subscription, unless the discontinuation is due to a force majeure event (see Section 8).
  4. Access to any included third-party services (such as Brizy Cloud) may also be revoked or expire, depending on the terms of those providers.
11. Intellectual Property

All content provided as part of the Service — including PDFs, templates, tutorials, videos, and any proprietary branding — is the intellectual property of Jolly Web and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display any part of the Service materials without our prior written consent.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting to our website. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes via email or notice on the site.

Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
